VENDOR SETUP

Friday, July 24, 2026 · 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
KCI Expo Center, Kansas City
No setup permitted after 8 pm Friday. Tables must be staffed and ready at 9 am Saturday.

SHOW RULES

  • All firearms laws strictly enforced. All applicable federal, state, and local firearms laws apply to all transactions on the floor.
  • All firearms must be checked and zip-tied at the door before entering the show floor.
  • No loaded firearms permitted on the floor at any time.
  • Vendors are responsible for compliance at their own table.
  • MVACA reserves the right to remove any vendor or item that violates show policies.
  • No sublets. Tables may not be transferred or shared without prior approval from the show director.
